Holy Face of Jesus, painting, 15th century, Flemish artist, originally from the Mosteiro do Lorvao, in the Museu Nacional de Machado de Castro, Coimbra, Portugal. The museum was opened in 1913 and renovated 2004-2012. The city of Coimbra dates back to Roman times and was the capital of Portugal from 1131 to 1255.
