Atrium with Pompeiian Fourth Style frescoes of mythological scenes, and peristyle garden, at the House of the Vettii, owned by freedmen Aulus Vettius Conviva and Aulus Vettius Restitutus, in Pompeii, at Pompei near Naples, Campania, Italy. Pompeii is a Roman town which was destroyed and buried under 4-6 m of volcanic ash in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
