Landwehrkanal, Berlin, Germany
The Landwehrkanal in Kreuzberg, a 10.7km long canal parallel to the river Spree in Berlin, Germany, built 1845-50 by Peter Joseph Lenne. It connects the Spree at the Osthafen or Eastern Harbour in Friedrichshain with its lower part in Charlottenburg, flowing through Kreuzberg and Tiergarten. The boat is a restaurant called Van Loon.
