Manu Martinez, a traditional artisanal small-scale fisherman, filleting a freshly caught tuna to sell to customers at the harbour at Port-Vendres, Pyrenees-Orientales, France. Manu is known for diving for sea urchins and catching bluefin tuna in his gillnets. There are only around 10 small-scale fishermen operating today along the Vermilion Coast. Picture by Manuel Cohen
