The Marie-Elisabeth Luders building at night, architect Stephane Braunfels, 2003, the scientific service centre of the new parliamentary complex in the new government quarter of Berlin, opened 2003, on the East bank of the river Spree opposite the Reichstag on Federal Row, Berlin, Germany.
