Miracles of Jesus, fresco transferred to canvas, c. 1129-34, Spanish, from the hermitage of San Baudelio de Berlanga, near Soria, Spain, in The Cloisters, a museum specialising in European medieval architecture, sculpture and decorative arts, part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, at Fort Tryon Park, Manhattan, New York, USA. The painting depicts Jesus healing a blind man who kneels at his feet, and Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead, as Mary and Martha lift the stone from his tomb.
