Monument to Monseigneur Darboy, archbishop, 1863-71, extending his hand to bless his killers, in the Chapelle Saint-Georges or Chapelle du Saint Sacrement, the 9th of the ambulatory chapels, in the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris, or Notre-Dame cathedral, built 1163-1345 in French Gothic style, on the Ile de la Cite in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, France.
