Diego Velazquez de Cuellar, governor of Cuba, appointing Hernan Cortes captain general of the 3rd expedition to the mainland (Mexico) in October 1518, tempera mural painting, early 19th century, attributed to Josep Arrau i Estrada, 1774-1818, in the Hernan Cortes Room, in the Casa Alegre de Sagrera, built early 19th century for textile manufacturer Joaquim de Sagrera, and renovated early 20th century in Catalan Modernist style by Melcior Vinals, on Carrer de la Font Vella in Terrassa, Catalonia, Spain.
