Nave, with galleries of carved St Andrews crosses and in the choir, pulpit, 1550-70, stone altar and crucifixion altarpiece painting, 1654, at Borgund Stave Church, or Borgund stabkyrkje, a medieval wooden church built 1180-1250, at Borgund, Laerdal, Vestland, Norway. The church is a Sogn type church with a triple nave and a stave-built freestanding bell tower. It is now a museum run by the Society for the Preservation of Ancient Norwegian Monuments.
