Voyage to Abydos, cult centre of Osiris, god of the dead, with Sennefer and his wife seated under a canopy, with priest, table of offerings and pilot at the rudder, painting, on the west wall of the burial chamber, in the Tomb of Sennefer, mayor of Thebes, or Tomb of the Vines, TT96, 18th dynasty, New Kingdom, at Sheik Abd El-Korna, in the Valley of the Nobles, in the Theban Necropolis, Thebes, Luxor, Egypt. The Tombs of the Nobles are the burial sites of workers, priests, soldiers and officials. The site contains over 400 of rock cut tombs dating to the New Kingdom.
