Palace of Pope Gelasius, built 1300-30 in Gothic style, at the Abbaye de Cluny or Cluny Abbey, a Romanesque Benedictine monastery founded 910, in Cluny, Saone-et-Loire, Bourgogne-Franche-Comte, France. The clerestory level of the facade is the original Gothic structure, but the rest was renovated in 1873 by Charles Laisne. The abbey is listed as a historic monument. Picture by Manuel Cohen
