Tavole Palatine, or Palatine Tables, the remains of the ancient Greek Temple of Hera, 6th century BC, Metapontum, Puglia, Italy. The temple forms part of a sanctuary complex, with a central naos, preceded by a pronaos and with an adyton at the rear, of which 15 fluted columns with Doric capitals survive.
