Panagia tou Araka church, Lagoudera, Cyprus
Panagia tou Araka, a late 12th century Byzantine katholikon monastery church, covered by a 14th century roof, near Lagoudera, in the Troodos mountains, Cyprus. The church contains a fresco cycle commissioned by Leo Authentes, painted by a monk named Theodoros Apsevdis, completed 1192 and restored in the 14th century.
