Passerelle Simone-de-Beauvoir, built 2006 by Dietmar Feichtingher, and the Bibliotheque Nationale de France or National Library of France, built 1989-96 by Dominique Perrault, at Bercy-Tolbiac in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, France.
