Place Kleber, a large pedestrianised square on the Grande Ile in the historic centre of Strasbourg, Bas-Rhin, Alsace, Grand Est, France. Behind (right) is the Flamboyant Gothique spire, built 1439, of the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, built 1176-1439. Strasbourg is a seat of the European Union.
