Portico, built 1st century AD, on the Calle de Sagasta in the Roman Forum of Emerita Augusta, founded in 25 BC by Emperor Augustus, in Merida, Extremadura, Spain. The portico was originally decorated with medallion heads of Medusa and Jupiter Ammon, and also caryatids and corinthian capitals on fluted columns.
