Napoleon learns of the fall of Paris at the Belle Fontaine monument in Juvisy, 31st March 1814, in the Musee Napoleon or Museum of Napoleon I, opened 1969 in the former Ecole Royale Militaire or Royal Military School, where Napoleon trained 1779-84, at Brienne-le-Chateau, Aube, Grand Est, France.
