Queribus Castle, Aude, France
Stairs leading to the main entrance, Queribus Castle or Chateau de Queribus, Cathar Castle, Cucugnan, Corbieres, Aude, France. This castle, built from 13th to 16th centuries, is considered the last Cathar stronghold. It sits on a high peak at 728m. It is one of the Five Sons of Carcassonne or Cinq Fils de Carcassonne.
