Divine adoratrice Shepenupet II before Re Horakhty, Isis and Amenirdis II, relief in the funeral chapel of the Divine Adoratrices of Amun, near the first pylon at Medinet Habu, in the Theban Necropolis on the west bank of the river Nile opposite Thebes, Luxor, Egypt. Shepenupet II was the chief priestess and wife of Amun in the 25th dynasty, Third Intermediate Period. Thebes is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picture by Manuel Cohen
