Weighing of the heart, proving that the deceased told the truth, with Harsiesis (Horus son of Isis) and Anubis settling the scales, goddess Maat (left) and Thoth inscribing the judgement (right), painted relief, on the south wall of the south chapel of the Temple of Hathor, built 3rd century BC in the Ptolemaic era by Ptolemy IV Philopator, at Deir el-Medina, site of the workers village for artisans building the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, 18th - 20th dynasties, New Kingdom, at the Theban Necropolis, Thebes, Luxor, Egypt.
