Roman Soldier's tomb, 200 BC- 200 AD, Petra, Ma'an, Jordan. These tombs were carved by the Nabateans in the face of Jabal al-Khubtha, the mountain overlooking Petra on the East. Originally behind a courtyard, the facade of this tomb is decorated with engaged pilasters and columns that frame three niches with the statue of a military officer in the central niche.
