Patrick Kollannur, sacristan, preparing a monstrance where an unleavened sacramental bread or Host will be placed by the priest, during the ceremony of the veneration of the Holy Crown of Thorns, in the main room of the sacristy at the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris, or Notre-Dame cathedral, built 1163-1345 in French Gothic style, on the Ile de la Cite in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, France.
