Salotto Dorato, or Gilded Room, with ceiling fresoes by Luca Cambiaso, 1527-85, in the Palazzo Gio Battista Spinola, or Palazzo Andrea e Gio Batta Spinola, built 1563, designed by Bernardino Cantone, at 6 Via Garibaldi, in the Le Strade Nuove in Genoa, Liguria, Italy. On the right is the painting The Danaids, 1655, by Valerio Castello. The palace now houses the Circolo Artistico Tunnel, a private members club.
