Sanctuary - Temple of Isis - Philae Complex

Sanctuary or Room X, with red granite plinth of the sacred barque of Isis and reliefs of Ptolemy II offering to Isis and Hathor, in the Temple of Isis, at the Philae Temple Complex, originally on Philae Island, and moved to Agilkia Island in the reservoir of the Aswan Low Dam, Nubia, Egypt. The site consists of the Temple of Isis, built under Nectanebo I, 380-362 BC, and later ruins from the Ptolemaic and Roman periods, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
