Bust of Charles II de Cosse, 1st duke of Brissac, who rebuilt the chateau 1601-21, on the monumental fireplace in Louis XIII style, in the Grand Salon Dore, in the Chateau de Brissac, at Brissac Loire Aubance, Maine-et-Loire, Pays de la Loire, France. Originally built by Foulques Nerra, count of Anjou in the 11th century, the chateau has been the seat of the dukes of Brissac since the early 16th century.
