Salone del secondo piano nobile, or second floor reception room, a formal hall on the second floor piano nobile, with 18th century decoration including frescoes, 1625, by Lazzaro Tavarone, red floor and stucco work, and early 19th century chandelier, in the Palazzo Grimaldi Doria Spinola di Pellicceria, or Palazzo Francesco Grimaldi, built 1593 and expanded 18th century, on the Piazza di Pellicceria in the Le Strade Nuove in Genoa, Liguria, Italy. The room was remodelled in Rococo style from 1732 by Maddalena Doria, wife of Nicolo Spinola. The Strade Nuove or New Streets area, housing many palaces or Palazzi dei Rolli, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace houses the Galleria Nazionale di Palazzo Spinola.
