Second Pylon, Temple of Isis, Philae Temple Complex
Ptolemy XII offering a wreath to Horus and Nephthys, relief, on the Second Pylon of the Temple of Isis, built under Nectanebo I, 380-362 BC, at the Philae Temple Complex, originally on Philae Island, and moved to Agilkia Island in the reservoir of the Aswan Low Dam, Nubia, Egypt. The site consists of the 30th dynasty Temple of Isis and later ruins from the Ptolemaic and Roman periods, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picture by Manuel Cohen
