Voucher for 3 men and 3 women payable to Mr Horquelard, captain of the Nantes slave ship Etoile, who transported the slaves to Port au Prince in Haiti, in the Musee d'histoire de Nantes, in the Chateau des ducs de Bretagne, in Nantes, Pays de la Loire, France. Slaves were often bought by settlers on credit, with vouchers issued by traders.
