Stained glass window, Chapelle des Ursulines
Marie de L'Incarnation's vision of Christ, stained glass window, 1972, in the funerary chapel of the Chapelle des Ursulines, Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Marie of the Incarnation, 1599-1672, is depicted with Madame de la Peltrie listening to Christ, who tells her to go from France to Canada on a mission. The Ursuline Convent was founded in 1639 and is the oldest girls school on the continent. The building now houses a museum, the Musee des Ursulines de Quebec.
