Tamanyan Monument, 1974, by sculptor Artashes Hovsepian and architect Seda Petrossian, with statue of architect Alexander Tamanyan, 1878-1936, basalt and granite, at the Cascade, an Art Deco style monument with terraces, gardens, fountains and a monumental staircase, designed by Alexander Tamanyan in the 1920s and built 1971-80 by Alexander Tamanyan, 1878-1936, Jim Torosyan and Aslan Mkhitaryan, in Yerevan, Armenia.
