Statue of Maria Santissima de la Aurora, from the altarpiece in the Iglesia de San Miguel Bajo, in the Albayzin or Moorish old town of Granada, Andalusia, Southern Spain. The church was built 1501-56 on the site of a mosque, in both Renaissance and Mudejar styles. Granada was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. Picture by Manuel Cohen
