St Fructuosius, polychrome statue in the parish church of San Fructuoso, or Igrexa de San Fructuoso, designed by Lucas Antonio Ferro Caaveiro, built 1754-65 in Baroque style, in the old town of Santiago de Compostela, A Coruna, Galicia, Spain. The town marks the end of the pilgrimage route Camino de Santiago or Way of St James, and is the burial place of St James the Great. The Camino Frances and Northern Spain pilgrimage routes, and the old town of Santiago, are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picture by Manuel Cohen
