Surb Astvatsatsin or Holy Mother of God Church, built 11th - 13th century, and Byzantine frescoes commissioned 1205-16 by Zakarid ruler Ivane I Zakarian, on the north wall of Akhtala monastery, founded late 10th century by the Kiurikid family, at Akhtala, Lori, Armenia.
