Top of the staircase in the Tour de la Prudence, or Tour de l'Observatoire, north tower of the Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourviere, a basilica church built 1872-96 in Neo-Byzantine style, designed by Pierre Bossan, on the Fourviere hill, originally the site of the Roman forum of Trajan, in Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France.
