Traboule, a covered passageway originally used by silk workers, on the Rue Lainerie, in the Saint-Jean district of the old town of Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. Traboules are covered passageways around and between buildings, used by silk works to transport their products. Vieux Lyon or Old Lyon is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
