Trim Castle, County Meath, Ireland
Keep and curtain walls of Trim Castle, a 12th century Norman castle built by Hugh De Lacy, in County Meath, Ireland. Although the site was used from early medieval times, Hugh de Lacy constructed the Norman castle from 1172, and it was extended and the great hall added in the 13th and 14th centuries.
