Bullhead vase, with long neck topped with bull's head representing a storm god, used for religious rituals, found in the residence of an important commander, Hittite, Empire period, 1650 - 1200 BC, in Corum Bogazkoy Museum, housing finds from Hattusa archaeological site, in Bogazkale, Corum, Anatolia, Turkey. Hattusa was the capital of the Hittite empire, built in the late Bronze Age from c. 1650 BC, on an older Chalcolithic settlement founded 6th millennium BC.
