Judgment on the Captain of K?penick

Judgment on the bogus Captain of Kopenick, Wilhelm Voigt. The tables turned: D Langerhaus, Burgomaster of Koepenick, identifying the uniform worn by Voigt who had achieved some notoriety and fame by masquerading as a German officer. Voigt was tried on 1st December 1906 and sentenced to four years imprisonment. He is seen towards the top right of the illustration
