Sheila Chisholm, Lady Loughborough, later Lady Milbanke, pictured on the front cover of The Sketch wearing her costume for the part of Weeping Willow in the Nymphs of the Forest tableau performed at the Petticoat Lane Fair, a fundraiser held at the Albert Hall in December 1917 in aid of Concerts at the Front. The idea was conceived by leading London dressmaker, Elspeth Phelps, who designed all the costumes
