Lord and Lady Rhondda
David Alfred Thomas, 1st Viscount Rhondda (1856-1918), Welsh industrialist and Liberal politician who served at Food Controller at the Ministry of Food towards the end of the First World War, implementing a successful system of rationing. He died in July 1918
