Olympic Polo Team, 1924
England's Olympic Polo team for the Paris Games of 1924. Top left is Major F. W. Barrett, top right is Lieut. Colonel the Hon. J. D. Y. Bingham, bottom right is Captain the Hon. F. E. Guest and bottom left is Wing-Commander P. K. Wise. It was first feared that Great Britain would be unable to compete in the polo at the St. Cloud Club near Paris (to defend their possession of the Olympic Cup) according to the ISDN, this difficult has been overcome (largely due to the initiative of Captain Guest and a few others)
