E O Plauen
E O Plauen (1903-1944). German cartoonist. Famous for his strip Vater und Sohn (Father and Son) that appeared from 1934 to 1937 in the Berliner Illustrirte Zeitung. His satirical images of Goebbels and Hitler earned him the enmity of the Nazis. He was arrested and committed suicide before his trial
