H K Frenzel

H K Frenzel (1882-1937), born in Horka, Silesia. Trained as a painter and graphic artist at the Leipzig Akademie der Bildenden Kunste. A founder of the BDG (Bund Deutscher Gebrauchsgraphiker: Association of German Graphic Designers). In 1924 founded, and was editor-in-chief of Gebrauchsgraphik. He organised numerous trade fairs and was adviser to the Crawford advertising agency, Berlin
