Finely hand-carved bone candlestick by German Internee
A pair of finely hand-carved bone candlestick holders with raised foliate decoration of roses. Produced by German civilian internees in the Isle of Man. They were sold for the benefit of the internees by various Prisoner of War relief organizations, including the British Red Cross and St. John'Ambulance. Trench Art
