North West Frontier Province scenes - NWFP
Album containing 13 pencil and wash drawings, many finely annotated, showing scenes in the North West Frontier. Contains an ink sketch made during the Battle at Shinkamar, 1898, showing enemy positions and those of the KOYLI Battalions. Also contains views of the Mamari and Barkai Camps with additional more detailed vignettes of those areas. There is also a view of Malta as seen from Imtarfa and a self portrait done whilst Bond was in bed having been taken ill at the Mamari Camp.
