A Relief Party making their way up the trenches. On reverse of postcard - This shows the relief party making their way up to the trenches along the shell-holed and muddy roads. This takes place in the evening as soon as it gets dark as the road is under fire and is not used in the daytime. Marching in single file, star shells are being sent up.
