Young lady relaxing at the prow of a yacht while the breeze blows her hair. Blampied provided countless illustrations for the ILN's magazines. As well as his scenes of London life for The Illustrated London News, he painted a number of colour scenes for The Bystander showing the glamorous and privileged in fashionable resorts around the world
