Cromwell Tower, Silk Street, Barbican, London
The team of Laing workers who worked on dismantling a tower crane posed for a photo on the roof of a tower, possibly Cromwell Tower, on the Barbican construction site. A cropped version of this image was published in the March 1969 edition of the Laing newsletter Team Spirit. It names the Laing workers as follows from left to right: Back row; J. Williams (fitter), J. O'Keefe (crane driver), J. Steeden (in charge) and Ginger Weaving (fitter). Front row; S. O'Brian (banksman), C. Moffat (crane driver), M. Kelly (foreman scaffolder) and J. O'Shea (scaffolder)
