An aerial view showing progress on the new light structure for the Ford Motor Company Limited at Dagenham. The building shown was to be used for stripping down vehicles, mostly tractors, packing them for export. The building included a canteen and staff dining room, nearby medical unit with toilets above. Work on the site began in April 1960. This photograph was published in October 1960 in the Laing monthly newsletter Team Spirit
