Old Bull Public House, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth
Old Bull Public House, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, Greater London Authority - The Old Bull public house and adjacent shops at 78-82 Wandsworth High Street seen from the south west. The shoe and boot shop in the centre of this row bears a banner reading "PREMISES COMING DOWN, COMPULSORY SALE - GREAT BARGAINS - ALL GOODS MUST BE CLEARED". In the early 20th century the buildings seen here were torn down and replaced with a three storey terrace of shops incorporating a new Bull pub. The new Bull pub was lost to bombing during the Second World War but the adjacent shop buildings survived
